About Coach

Hello Phyt Phyzique, I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals! I grew up playing multiple sports, and I fell in love with baseball at a young age. I worked hard and was fortunate enough to earn a baseball scholarship and play at the collegiate level. Over time my love for baseball and athletics turned into a burning passion for fitness. If there is anything that I've learned through my years of baseball and fitness, it's that there are certain things that are simply out of our control. What I love about fitness is that it will always be there for you, and you can always control the two key variables: attitude and effort!

Turning Point

A major turning point in my fitness journey was when I realized that if I can put it together in the gym, I can do anything that I put my mind to. Fitness has changed my entire life outlook for the better. The gym and the relationships you form will always be there for you. As long as you can control your attitude and effort, the sky is the limit!

Motivation & Passion

My passion for coaching stems from the overall improvement of my life from fitness. I have formed friendships that will last a lifetime, while drastically improving my overall mental and physical health. I am here for those who want to utilize fitness to improve their lives intrinsically and extrinsically. Fitness can be fun AND beneficial!
